  4. Build

    Working software in your hands early and often, with weekly progress you can see rather than a status report.

    Deployment to your own accounts, store submission where relevant, and documentation for whoever comes next.

Philip Rodriguez

DeviceBytes Software is founder-led. The person mapping your workflow is the person writing the code, so nothing is lost handing a project from a sales conversation to a delivery team.

Philip builds across React Native and Expo on mobile, React and Node or Flask on the web, PostgreSQL and SQLite for data, and Google Cloud for deployment — plus machine-learning research work through Drew University. He also runs IT operations at DeviceBytes, which is where a lot of the opinions about operations software come from.
